Darshalaya is a privately held project management training and consulting company founded in 2022 by experienced managers, who were among first few individuals into PMO role and faced all challenges to grow it. They have grown PMO into large team delivering services in strategy and project management areas for multiple industries like engineering, construction, manufacturing, software etc for almost 15 years. The owners have implemented Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies as recommended by project management institute (PMI), Scrum Institute, scaled agile framework (SAFe) etc in many types of projects, programs and portfolios spanning from 3 months to 5 years duration involving crossfunctional teams.
Darshalaya goal is to support organisations and project management professionals to drive strategy and business improvement through the application of project management (agile and waterfall) tool and process. Our vision is to help our clients thrive in a fast changing world from any industry. Our core belief is project management methodology can be applied to All initiatives.
