Certifications Darshalaya

This curriculum is for someone who has aspiration to work in project management domain (or someone has just started working on projects). It includes 80 hours of waterfall project management processes (project schedule basics and Project planner) and project tool (either Microsoft project (MSP) or Primavera basics along with 10 hours of coaching sessions post training completion). Since process and tool trainings are combined with lots of exercises, participants are expected to know the concepts faster, which intern will allow them to kick-off project management career.

This curriculum is for PMO leader, manager or team lead in the field of project management, who needs to know end to end project delivery mechanism. It includes 120 hours of waterfall project management processes (project schedule basics, Project planner, PMP Preparatory, Risk Management) and project tool (either Microsoft project (MSP) or Primavera basics) along with 10 hours of mentoring sessions after training completion. Since advanced project management processes and tool trainings are combined with significant amount of exercises, participants are expected to know the advanced concepts and able to manage teams, who implements these processes and tool in day to day work.
